3 Way 12v Ball Valve Actuator Electric 10Nm Remote Sensing Element
10Nm Ball Valve Actuator with LCD Screen IP54 ZBA230D01
ZBA series elecric actuators are designed to operate ball valves. They are intended for assembly directly on two and three-way ball valves with diameters rom 1/2 to 1 1/4 inch (DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32). They can work with brass valves with a rotation angle of up to 90 degrees.
ZBA series have the ability to manually open or close the ball valve in emergency cases.Thye are available in varous control and power versions, including 230VAC, 12VDC or 23VDC.
- Lower noise, long life.
- Easy operation, simple installation.
- Manual adjustable, and power off control can be realized.
- Precise valve opening position.
- Brushless motor.

Installation Guide
Before carrying out maintenance work, the actuator must be disconnected from the power supply (unplug the power cord). At the same time, the water pump and isolation device in the particular part of the relevant pipeline should also be closed (if necessary), it should be cooled first to reduce the system pressure). When the lines are refilled, the system will ony work again if the valves and actuators are properly installed and connected.
