The aramid fiber/meta-aramid fiber used in the production of needle felt filter cloth is also called aramid fiber 1313 in China, and Nomex® is a kind of aramid fiber produced by DuPont®.

HEADING uses high-quality aramid fibers and scrims to be felted by needle punching, and is made into a filter cloth after finishing treatments such as singeing, calendering, heat setting, water and oil repellency, and PTFE film lamination. With higher tensile strength, wear resistance, lower emission, suitable for viscous/high moisture dust air purification, easy to blow, low heat shrinkage, etc.

Aramid (Nomex) filter bags are mainly used in baghouses, the temperature is between 130 and 220 degrees Celsius, and the applicable pH value is between 5 and 9. They are widely used in the steel industry, carbon black industry, and building materials industry (cement plants, asphalt mixing plants, etc.) and the power industry, etc.
