PTFE Membrane Polyester Filter Cartridge / Polyester Pleated Filter Element With PTFE Membrane
PTFE membrane polyester filter cartridge is covering membrane on the polyester fabric surface, then used for filtration.
Adopting imported microporous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) laminating technology. Speciality of membrane-covering: Stable chemical corrosion resistance, water repellent, oil repellent, better air permeability, the dust layer formed by filtration be easy to be separated, reduce pressure difference, more thorough ash removal.
Be used in any structured filter cartridge, be used to intercept more fine dust.
Filtering level : MERV11-MERV15, the finest filtering precision: 0.3um.
Suggest working temperature below 135 ℃.
Applications: welding fumes, shot blasting, pharmaceutical, cement, tobacco, textile industry (prevention and control of coal-dust stained yarn) and other industries.
