The long arm of the excavator is made of Q355B steel with good strength and rigidity. The shaft sleeve of the lengthened arm is generally made of 45 # steel, with 40Cr bushing inside, together with the lubriing effect of butter, it reduces the shear force produced when the shaft and the sleeve rotate frequently, thus, the service life of shaft sleeve is increased. The excavator long arm structure is generally a box-type structure, that is, the upper and lower two cover plates, plus the left and right two sidewall are combined to form, the inside needs to be welded with buffer bars, and the buffer bars must be opened with elliptical holes, this can better release the extension arm in the welding work produced by the stress, to avoid damage to the extension arm.
