Product Presentation of Excavator Boom
The excavator's extended arm is constructed using Q355B steel, which provides excellent strength and rigidity. The shaft sleeve of the extension arm is typically made of 45# steel and lined with a 40Cr bushing, which is lubried with butter to decrease the shear force generated by frequent rotation of the shaft and sleeve. This increases the extension arm's service life. The bushing is positioned between the main body bracket and working arm and is connected and supported by an oil cylinder. The control system inside and outside the cockpit includes a set of cylinders for the extension arm working cylinder and bucket cylinder, which function in conjunction with the control arm. The telescoping capabilities of the cylinders more than double the bucket's stroke, allowing for greater reach and depth. This makes it particularly well-suited for use in mines, docks, warehouses, flood relief, and other special situations. This represents a significant advancement in mining machinery and has tremendous practical value.
