Excavator sliding boom is versatile mechanical devices that play a crucial role in various industries and everyday appliions.
How it works
The excavator sliding arm is extended and retracted by the go and back of oil cylinder, to gain a bigger digging radius and digging depth.
The outer telescopic arm is composed of two parts: the upper sliding arm and the lower fixed arm.
The upper sliding arm is installed above the lower fixed arm, and the movable body is formed up and down by both sides rollers and rails.
By the expansion and contraction of the telescopic cylinder, the upper sliding body is pushed forward and backward to freely expand and contract.
Structure
A telescopic cylinder is installed in the upper sliding arm, the cylinder body is fixed on the lower fixed arm, and the cylinder piston rod is fixed on the upper sliding arm.
Its main components are: fixed body, moving body, slider, telescopic cylinder, etc.

(Easy to maintain)
ZHONGHE silding arm adopt antiwear nylin sliding plates rather than traditional pulley, which can be replaced quickly and conveniently.
(Robust sliding structure)
1. The lower cover of the upper sliding arm and the upper cover of the lower fixing arm are both 20mm.
2. Cover plates are cut from a whole piece but not spliced, so as to be more firm and not easay to deform.
(Avoid oil leakage)
The double oil seal design for the built-in telescopic cylinder prevents hydraulic oil from leaking, prolongs the service life of the sliding cylinder
(Long service life)
1.Double limit design of the sliding cylinder prevents cylinder jolting and over pulling.
2.Steel sliders are welded between the skateboards to resists wear.
