1. Does the Excavator with Long Reach Boom suitable for working in sea water?
Yes, It can work in sea water and our long reach booms painted with anti-corrosive painting, but please note some wearing component will not last as long as normal because of sea water corrosion , such as Bushes, Bucket, bucket cylinder.
2. How can we guarantee quality?
ZHONGHE Quality Control System consists of three parts:
☆Technical design drawing review mechanism,
☆The semi-finished product review mechanism(each process tests the previous process)
☆Finished product testing. (welding size, welding quality, and installation size)
To sum up, every ZHONGHE excavator boom arm has to pass 3-stage inspection to ensure qualified before shipping.
