The giant mealworms are also known as superworms, super giant mealworms, Morio worms or King worms. The body is reaching a length of 4-5 cm or more,much larger than the common mealworm, . It is a good insect protein food for feeding large lizards, birds, poultry and small carnivorous mammals.
Packing And Transportation
Pack dried giant mealworms in a moisture-proof plastic bag every 5 kg or 10 kg (5 kg is recommended) and then pack them in a rigid carton outside. About 460 cartons (5kg, 4-5 mt)/ 20ft container. We can also pack according to customer's requirement.
Storage And Shelf Life
In condition of ventilated dry storage, shelf life of giant mealworm is 12 months.
