Ultrasonic cleaning machine maintenance

1. The power supply is 380V AC. (three phase four wire)

2. First connect the signal line between the ultrasonic power supply and the cleaning tank. (check mark connection)

3. Add liquid to the cleaning tank, and the height is about 300mm. When the liquid in the liquid storage box reaches half of the height of the liquid storage box, the temperature is 40-55 degrees.

4. Put the workpiece to be cleaned into the cleaning tank, and try not to contact the bottom directly. Do not hit the side wall of the cleaning tank.

5. Set the working time of the ultrasonic wave (note that the time cannot be zero), press the start button of the ultrasonic wave, and the ultrasonic wave begins to work.

6. The cleaning time is determined according to the degree of oil pollution of the workpiece.

7. Please close the filtration water valve when the circulation filtration is closed.

8. Clean the sludge at the bottom of the cleaning tank regularly.

9. In summer, if the equipment is not used for a long time (7 days), the liquid in the cleaning tank should be discharged clean, and the tank should not be frozen in winter.

10. In case of large dust in the workshop, compressed air should be used to clean the dust in the power distribution cabinet every month.
