Working Principle & Structural Features
Power Transmission System
The motor-driven transmission system powers the plate feeder, with speed reduction through the reducer before transferring power to the driving shaft. Dual sprockets mounted on the drive shaft rotate synchronously with the shaft.
Chain & Plate Movement
Two chains engaging with head and tail sprockets move forward as the driving sprocket and tail wheel rotate. Chain plates installed on the chains move in synchronization, supporting the full weight of materials while completing the transportation process.
Control & Cleaning Systems
Manual gate adjustment controls material discharge volume, while the bottom scraper cleans raw materials adhering to chain plates. The feeding rod, driven by motor and reduced by reducer, ensures uniform and smooth material flow.
