The BBT TWPM-185 Wheel Wet Pan Mill is an advanced grinding and mixing equipment specifically designed for clay brick manufacturing lines. This edge runner mill combines crushing, grinding, kneading, and mixing functions to significantly enhance raw material properties for superior sintered brick production.

Working Principle
The electric motor drives the hydraulic coupling for smooth startup, transmitting power through pulley and reducer to the main shaft. The expansion sleeve connection between main shaft and suspension seat provides easy installation and overload protection. Dual rollers rotate around the main shaft while simultaneously rotating around their own axes. Raw materials enter through the central feeding hopper, undergo crushing by the inner roller, are scraped to the outer roller raceway, and finally extruded through sieve plate holes to complete the processing cycle.
