Clay Brick Tunnel Kiln
This tunnel kiln is equipped with a complete integrated system, including flue gas discharge, cooling, waste heat recovery, under-car pressure balancing, operation control and automatic detection systems.
By optimizing the regulation of these systems, the firing curve inside the kiln becomes more reasonable and the entire production system operates in a more coordinated and stable manner.

A preparation chamber is installed at the kiln entrance, with a sealed isolation door between the preparation chamber and the preheating zone.
The tunnel kiln is fitted with entrance and exit doors at both ends, which effectively prevent cold air infiltration and ensure the internal firing environment remains stable and unaffected by external conditions.

Foundation
The tunnel kiln adopts a strip foundation structure. From bottom to top, the construction sequence is: plain concrete layer, reinforced concrete beam (rail beam) and slab (under the kiln wall).
Wall
For the preheating zone and cooling zone where the temperature is below 200℃, the walls are built with red bricks.
Other zones adopt a composite wall structure. The firing zone and inner wall of the insulation zone are lined with fireclay bricks, while clay insulating bricks are applied in the insulation area.
In addition, refractory fiber felt (for sections with temperature above 600℃) or rock wool felt is used for filling and sealing. The external wall is constructed with red bricks.
