Working Principle
Wet bricks are stacked on pallets and transported to the drying chamber via forklift. The system utilizes waste heat from tunnel kiln cooling processes, circulating dry hot air through external piping to the chamber top. Internal cyclones ensure even air distribution across drying bricks, while moisture-laden air is exhausted through bottom ducts and chimney systems.
