Machine Construction

Key Components & Features
Spiral Blade/Reamer
Made from standard carbon steel with gas-welded wear surfaces using cored wire. Features smooth workpiece surfaces with minimal resistance and high wear resistance (52-56 HRC hardness). Scientifically designed lead arrangement enables micro pressure conveying and high pressure extrusion, increasing pressure and efficiency. Service life exceeds ordinary reamers by 4-7 times with repeatable repairs for cost efficiency.
Extruding Shaft
Utilizes floating shaft structure with automatic centering function. Transmits torque without generating radial force, protecting reducer/shaft components. Reduces equipment shake from long-term use, achieving 15-30% energy savings. Hardness exceeds HB220 after thermal refining.
Mixing Tooth
High molding casting with 55-60 HRC hardness, providing 6 times longer service life than standard mixing teeth.
Mixing Shaft
Connected to upper reducer via toothed coupling, eliminating coaxiality issues between shaft and reducer.
