Vacuum Extruder Overview
This automatic vacuum clay brick extruder machine is a mud strip forming equipment designed for brick production lines. The equipment features large extrusion pressure, strong load bearing capacity, high billet quality, and wide application range.
Suitable for producing various vacuum solid bricks and load-bearing/non load-bearing hollow bricks using clay and shale as primary raw materials. The T-type bipolar vacuum structure ensures convenient, safe, reliable, and stable mechanical operation.
Key Components and Features
Spiral Blade/Reamer
Constructed from standard carbon steel with gas-welded wear-resistant surface using cored wire. Features smooth surface finish, minimal resistance, and high wear resistance with hardness of 52-56 HRC. Service life exceeds ordinary reamers by 4-7 times. Scientific lead arrangement enables micro pressure conveying and high pressure extrusion for increased efficiency.
Extruding Shaft
Floating shaft structure with automatic centering function. Shaft produces torque only without radial force, protecting reducer/shaft components. Eliminates equipment shake from bent shafts, achieving 15-30% energy savings. Thermal refined hardness exceeds HB220.
Mixing Tooth
High molding casting with hardness of 55-60 HRC. Service life is 6 times longer than ordinary mixing teeth.
Mixing Shaft
Upper reducer connected via toothed coupling, eliminating coaxiality issues between shaft and reducer.
