Working Principle & Structural Features
The electric motor provides power through a hydraulic coupling system, enabling smooth no-load startup. Power transmission flows through pulleys to the reducer, which drives the main shaft rotation. The main shaft connects to the suspension seat via an expansion sleeve, facilitating easy installation and disassembly while providing overload protection.
The suspension seat transmits power to inner and outer cantilevers, driving dual rollers to rotate around the main shaft while simultaneously rotating around their respective roller shafts. Raw materials mixed with water enter through the central feeding hopper, undergo crushing by the inner roller, get transferred by floating scrapers to the outer roller raceway, and complete the processing cycle through sieve plate extrusion.
