Technical Design Specifications
Flat ceiling tunnel kiln design with complete operational systems including smoke discharging, cooling, heat releasing, and pressure balancing. Advanced control systems ensure optimal baking curve parameters throughout the firing process.
Dual-end design with entrance and exit doors, preparatory room, and cut-off door system to prevent cold air infiltration and maintain stable baking conditions.
Structural Composition & Materials
Pre-heating and cooling zones (below 200°C) utilize red brick construction. Baking zones and insulating areas employ clay refractory bricks with advanced insulation materials including refractory fabric felt (for temperatures above 600°C) and rock wool felt for optimal thermal efficiency.
Kiln roof structure features cast-in concrete top slabs in low temperature zones and clay material plates with H-type steel beam support. Multi-layer insulation includes high aluminum cotton, refractory fiber felt, rock wool felt, and rock wool board for superior heat retention.
Fuel Flexibility & Automation
Designed to operate with multiple fuel sources including coal, gas, or oil for firing clay bricks. Full automatic combustion system ensures consistent temperature control and fuel efficiency.
