Structural Composition & Materials
Pre-heating and cooling zones (below 200°C) utilize red brick construction. Baking zones and insulating areas employ clay refractory bricks with advanced insulation materials including refractory fabric felt (for temperatures above 600°C) and rock wool felt for optimal thermal efficiency.
Kiln roof structure features cast-in concrete top slabs in low temperature zones and clay material plates with H-type steel beam support. Multi-layer insulation includes high aluminum cotton, refractory fiber felt, rock wool felt, and rock wool board for superior heat retention.
