Spiral Blade/Reamer
Constructed from standard carbon steel with gas-welded cored wire surface treatment. Features smooth workpiece surface, minimal resistance, and exceptional wear resistance with hardness rating of 52-56 HRC. Scientific lead arrangement enables micro pressure conveying and high pressure extrusion, increasing efficiency while allowing repeated repairs to reduce operational costs.
Extruding Shaft
Floating shaft structure with automatic centering function ensures torque-only operation without radial force. Protects reducer/shaft components and eliminates equipment shake from long-term use, achieving 15-30% energy savings. Thermal refined hardness exceeds HB220.
Mixing Tooth
High molding casting with hardness rating of 55-60 HRC, delivering 6 times longer service life compared to standard mixing teeth.
Mixing Shaft
Upper reducer connection via toothed coupling eliminates coaxiality issues between shaft and reducer.
