This flat ceiling tunnel kiln features a comprehensive automated system for efficient brick firing:

The kiln includes three doors at both ends with a preparatory room and cut-off door to prevent cold air entry and maintain optimal baking conditions.

The tunnel kiln consists of four main components:

• Kiln Body: Main structure with various air inlets and outlets
• Conveying Equipment: Kiln cars and kiln furniture for material transport
• Fuel Combustion System: Supports heavy oil, light diesel, natural gas, and coal gas with dedicated burners and pipelines
• Ventilation Equipment: Smoke exhaust, air curtain stirring, and cooling systems for controlled airflow

The tunnel kiln operates as a continuous linear process with fixed walls and vaults. Kiln cars move on tracks through three distinct zones:

• Preheating Zone: Products gradually preheat as they enter the kiln
• Firing Zone: Fixed high-temperature area with combustion equipment on both sides
• Cooling Zone: Cold air cools finished products, with heated air redirected to dryers

Ceramic products loaded on trolleys are continuously pushed through the system at approximately one car per hour.
