Spiral Blade/Reamer
Constructed from standard carbon steel with gas-welded wear surfaces using cored wire. Features hardness of 52-56 HRC and service life 4-7 times longer than conventional reamers. Scientific lead arrangement enables micro pressure conveying and high pressure extrusion.
Extruding Shaft
Utilizes floating shaft structure with automatic centering function. Generates torque without radial force, protecting reducers and reducing equipment shake. Provides 15-30% energy savings with hardness exceeding HB220 after thermal refining.
Mixing Tooth
High molding casting with hardness of 55-60 HRC, offering 6 times longer lifespan than standard mixing teeth.
Mixing Shaft
Connected to upper reducer via toothed coupling, eliminating coaxiality issues between shaft and reducer.
