Drying & Firing System Overview
The production line utilizes a two-stage stacking and firing process with tunnel dryer technology. The drying chamber measures 83.65×22.625 meters and operates using recycled heat from fired products and tunnel kiln residual heat.

The tunnel kiln features a large 6.6-meter inner width with flat ceiling structure, designed for firing products with 1200KJ/Kg characteristics. Advanced control systems ensure stable baking parameters throughout the process.
