Operating Principle
The motor drives the mixer through gear pairs in the reducer and gearbox, rotating two axes in opposite directions. Counter-rotating mixing knives create rolling, shearing, and convection mixing action. A water spray system mists water onto materials during mixing. As shafts rotate, mixing blades continuously stir, homogenize raw materials, and feed them into the sealed chamber inlet. Material compression in the sealing cylinder increases density, while kneading action further improves homogenization. The screw reamer forces mud through the wear-resistant mesh plate for continuous discharge to the next production stage.
