The bin pump is a sending tank conveying device used in pressure conveying pneumatic systems for long-distance material transport. Powder and granular materials in the pump body mix with compressed air to form a gas-solid fluid mixture. Through pipeline systems, the static pressure energy of compressed gas converts into material kinetic energy for efficient transportation.

- Wide material adaptability: Handles particles up to 50mm diameter (including slag and quartz sand). Features wear-resistant alloy/ceramic lined pipes with over 10,000 hours lifespan.
- Intelligent control: PLC automatically adjusts pressure and flow to prevent pipe blockage. Optional IoT remote monitoring provides real-time data feedback.
