Replacement Procedure Overview
- Review grinding roller device drawings, transmission arm schematics, and hydraulic diagrams
- Remove grinding roller door from upper shell
- Release pressure from working cylinder
- Disconnect connecting pin between boom and rocker arm
- Connect maintenance oil cylinder with pin to rocker arm and activate hydraulic maintenance state
- Flip grinding roller out of machine, position vertically, and secure high-pressure pipeline ball stop valves
- Remove bolts and pressure rings to extract roller sleeve for replacement or flipping
During transfer operations, thoroughly clean all components. After assembly, use feeler gauges to verify joint surface conditions. For bearing replacement, extract the complete grinding roller assembly from the rocker arm for machine shop repair.
