How It Works – Efficient and Intelligent Grinding Process

Feeding & Rotation:
The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate via a reducer. Material is fed centrally through the inlet while hot air enters the grinding chamber. -
Grinding & Crushing:
Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge, where it is crushed by grinding rollers in the annular groove. -
Drying & Classification:
High-speed airflow carries the ground material upward. Moisture is evaporated during contact with hot air. Larger particles fall back for regrinding. -
Separation & Collection:
A dynamic separator classifies the powder. Fine, qualified powder is collected as the final product, while coarse powder returns for further grinding.
