89324 Ceramic Thrust Bearing In Material Of Silicon Nitride+Brass Cage
Description of 89324 Ceramic Thrust Bearing (Si3N4 races/rollers+brass cage):
1. Si3N4 races and balls: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. Compared with GPS sintered silicon nitride material, the porosity, wear resistance, crushing value and fatigue contact life of after HIP sintered sinlicon nitride have been greatly improved, which is the preferred material for ultra-high speed and high precision ceramic bearings.
2. Brass cage: Brass is an alloy composed of copper and zinc. Brass composed of copper and zinc is called ordinary brass. If it is composed of more than two kinds of elements, a variety of alloys is called special brass. Brass has strong wear resistance.
