1.The night vision binoculars device doesn't work through windows because IR beams will reflect.
2.Please make sure you turn on the infrared feature by pressing the "IR" button when used during night-time. To turn on the infrared feature, please short press IR+ button, and the viewing screen will turn into a Black and White image.
3.If the device doesn't work, please check first:1) Whether the positive and negative poles of the batteries are installed correctly; 2) Try to replace other new batteries, pay attention to whether all the batteries are in contact with the shrapnel of the ± pole; 3) Long press the power button to turn on.
4.It's not recommended to use rechargeable batteries or poor batteries(Otherwise there will be various problems). But you can use brand 8AA alkaline batteries or use power bank to charging.
5.If you ever received a used unit, please contact us and we will replace it with a new unit without any cost.We never sell used units!
