Description:

The 9m class approval ship pilot embarkation ladder is manufactured according to the latest ISO 799 standard to ensure the safety of pilots during boarding. Our pilot ladder features high-quality hardwood treads that provide sufficient strength, rigidity, and durability. Through our crafting process, the treads are resistant to cracking and deformation, making them lightweight yet robust. The tread surface is designed with anti-slip grooves and grain to ensure adequate friction, and the bottom four treads are made of rubber material.

The spacing between the top of one tread to the top of the next tread is 330mm, with each tread having a width greater than 115mm and a thickness greater than 25mm. The anti-twist tread is at least 1.8m long. The side rope material can be either manila rope or synthetic fiber rope, with a diameter not less than 20mm. Each tread is secured using either plastic or aluminum alloy locking mechanisms, with aluminum alloy locks providing greater durability and longevity.
