AWM5000 series micro-bridge gas mass flow sensors feature Venturi tube housing and can measure flow rates up to 20SLPM with a pressure drop of no more than 2.25 "water column. The microbridge chip directly contacts the airflow, greatly reducing the possibility of error caused by through hole or bypass blockage. Rugged plastic package designed to withstand common-mode pressures up to 50psi. The internal small sensing element can withstand the impact of 100gs with no impact on performance. Comes with AMP-compatible connectors for reliable connectivity in demanding applications.
