4. Working Principle:

  • Adopts MOS (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) sensing principle.
  • Applies periodic high/low voltages (VHH = 0.9V for 5s, VHL = 0.2V for 15s) to the heater.
  • Uses a micro-bead gas sensing structure to enable dual-gas detection (methane and CO) with a single sensor.
