This measurement is designed and manufactured using Siargo's proprietary MEMS (Micro-Electromechanical Systems) thermal (D-thermal) sensing technology. This product provides mass flow measurement for gases with a large dynamic range and also features low pressure drop. This series of flowmeters are battery-powered, reducing engineering costs. They can measure natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc., with an accuracy of up to 1.5% and a maximum working pressure of 300 kPa.
