Features:

AGR09 gauge-type series pressure sensor is applicable in fields such as biomedicine, vacuum negative pressure, and household appliances. Its core component is a piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip fabricated using MEMS technology. This chip consists of an elastic membrane and four pressure-sensitive resistors integrated onto the membrane. The four pressure-sensitive resistors form a Wheatstone bridge structure. When pressure is applied to the elastic membrane, the bridge will generate a voltage output signal proportional to the applied pressure. By measuring the output voltage of the Wheatstone bridge, the pressure value can be calculated.

The AGR09 gauge-type series pressure sensor is packaged in a standard SOP6 form, facilitating surface mount installation for users. AGR09 has excellent linearity, repeatability, high sensitivity, and stability.
