The AMS1000 gas mass flow meter series is based on the thermal measurement principle. By measuring the resistance change, the mass flow of the measured gas is calculated. The product adopts the independently developed MEMS flow sensor chip. It is a high-performance, stable and reliable gas mass flow meter with features of accuracy, stability, resistance to high and low temperatures, good linearity, fast response, etc. An alarm function is set internally, and an LCD display is equipped for reading, making the detection status clear at a glance. It has multiple output methods such as RS485, NPN collector open circuit, 1 to 5V linear voltage or 4 to 20mA linear current, which can meet the personalized needs of different customers.

This series has various models, covering multiple range ranges, and is widely applicable in various scenarios.
