1.Product summary:

The AGR09 Gauge Pressure Series of pressure sensors for biomedical, negative vacuum and home appliance applications has at its core a piezoresistive pressure sensitive chip processed using MEMS technology. The chip consists of an elastic membrane and four piezoresistors integrated on the membrane. The four piezoresistors form a Wheatstone bridge structure. When pressure is applied to the elastic membrane, the bridge generates a voltage output signal that is linearly proportional to the applied pressure, and the pressure value can be calculated by measuring the output voltage of the Wheatstone bridge.
AGR09 Gauge Pressure Sensors are packaged in a standard SOP6 package for easy surface mount installation, and have excellent linearity, repeatability, high sensitivity and stability.
