II. Working Principle

The ceramic substrate (Al₂O₃) integrates a heater + metal oxide gas-sensitive layer.

When encountering reducing gases (VOC, Formaldehyde, Benzene, Smoke), the electrical conductivity increases with the concentration.

An external simple circuit can convert the resistance change into a voltage signal to reflect the gas concentration.
