The XGZP163-101S is a MEMS piezoresistive gauge pressure sensor featuring a 0–10 kPa measurement range and an SOP-6 surface-mount package with a vertical pressure port. Designed for low cost, compact size, and high stability, it is suitable for low-pressure measurement applications in medical devices and consumer electronics.
