Operating Principles and Features (Distinguishing it from the 4OX-V electrochemical oxygen sensor)
1. Uses a non-consumable zirconia element with an exceptionally long service life (5–10 years); unlike electrochemical sensors, it does not fail due to electrolyte dry-out.
2. Requires no reference gas; a single-point calibration in fresh air (20.7% O₂) is sufficient.
3. Immune to interference from temperature, humidity, or minor fluctuations in atmospheric pressure; offers outstanding stability in harsh flue gas environments.
4. Relies on a built-in high-frequency oxygen pump to cyclically draw gas into and out of the chamber, calculating oxygen concentration based on pump cycles; delivers excellent linearity.
