Stainless steel sheets are produced through precise manufacturing processes that determine their mechanical properties, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy.
Step 1: Hot Rolling
Steel slabs are heated and rolled to reduce thickness.
Step 2: Annealing & Pickling
The hot rolled coils are heat treated and acid cleaned to remove scale.
Step 3: Cold Rolling
The pickled coils are rolled at room temperature through multiple stands to achieve precise thickness with excellent surface finish and tight tolerances.
Step 4: Annealing (Again)
Cold rolled coils are annealed to restore ductility and relieve internal stresses.
Step 5: Skin Pass / Leveling
A light rolling pass improves flatness and surface quality.
Step 6: Surface Finishing
Depending on the final application, various finishes (2B, BA, NO.4, 8K, HL) are applied.
Step 7: Slitting & Cutting
Sheets are cut to customer-specified sizes.
Step 8: Inspection
Every batch undergoes rigorous testing:
- Chemical composition analysis
- Mechanical property testing (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation)
- Dimensional inspection (±1% tolerance)
- Surface quality assessment
A:
- 304: General-purpose austenitic stainless steel, excellent corrosion resistance for most applications.
- 316L: Contains molybdenum (2-3%), offering superior corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides and marine environments. Ideal for coastal, marine, and chemical applications. The "L" means low carbon for better weldability.
A: We offer 0.2mm to 30mm thickness:
- 0.2–3.0mm: Cold rolled
- 3.0–30mm: Hot rolled
Custom thicknesses are available upon request.
A: We offer multiple surface finishes:
- 2B: Bright, cold rolled finish (standard)
- BA: Bright annealed, mirror-like
- NO.4: Brushed finish with linear grain
- 8K: Mirror finish
- HL: Hairline finish
- NO.1: Hot rolled, annealed, pickled
A: Standard MOQ is 1 ton. Sample orders and smaller quantities are negotiable — please contact us to discuss.
