Applications:
The Hydraulic Pile Hammer is mainly installed and used on excavators, including land based excavators and amphibious excavators. Excavator pile drivers are mainly used for driving piles, including pipe piles, steel sheet piles, steel pipe piles, precast concrete piles, wooden piles, and photovoltaic piles driven on water.
The hydraulic pile hammer utilizes its high-frequency vibration to vibrate the pile body with high acceleration, transmitting the vertical vibration generated by the machinery to the pile body, causing changes in the soil structure around the pile and a decrease in strength due to vibration. The soil around the pile body liquefies, reducing the frictional resistance between the pile side and the soil. Then, the pile is sunk into the soil using the downward pressure of the excavator, the vibration sinker, and the self weight of the pile body. When pulling out the pile, use the lifting force of the excavator to lift the pile while vibrating on one side. The excitation force required for pile driving machinery should be comprehensive based on the soil layer, soil quality, water content, and the type and structure of the pile on the site
Operating principle:
