Working Principle
During assembly, axial positioning within the equipment is achieved via structures such as shaft shoulders or retaining rings.
Synchronous rotation between gear and shaft is ensured through keyed connections, interference fits, or integrated designs.
For maintenance, the gear shaft can be extracted by removing bearings, end covers, and other components to inspect tooth surface wear
or shaft deflection. Should faults occur, the entire assembly can be directly replaced without complex disassembly and repair procedures.
