2. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Of course! The normal production progress is that we make pre-production sample for your quality evaluation in advance. We will start mass production until we get your confirmation on this sample.
3. Is sample free? how long can you make a sample?
1) White sample is free of charge. For finished sample, we only charge you printing and material cost since running a large printer for small quantity package is very expensive.
2) White sample needs 1-2 working days, digital sample needs 3-5 working days, printing sample needs 5-7 working days which up to confirmed file.
4. Can the sample charge be refundable?
Yes, sample charge can be refundable and deduct from bulk order.
