Important Usage Guidelines
Low Voltage Protection

Battery voltage below 10V may not trigger BMS protection. Voltages below 9V indicate BMS failure and require immediate attention.

Overheating & Safety

Excessive discharge rates or charging voltages above 30V can cause BMS damage, leading to overheating, swelling, and potential smoke emission.

Solar System Integration

When connecting multiple batteries in series, voltage imbalances may cause premature BMS protection. Use balancers for improved system stability.

BMS Reactivation

If BMS disconnects, remove batteries from system and balance for 24-48 hours before reconnecting. Solar panels can also be used for activation in 12V systems.
