Ceramic Structured Packing Introduce
Ceramic structured packing is a columnar single-layer corrugated packing composed of many corrugated sheets with the same geometric shape and parallel to each other. According to the different inclination angle of corrugated board, this product is divided into X type and Y type, X and Y correspond to 30o and 45o respectively. Ceramic structured packing has a series of advantages such as high efficiency, pressure drop, large processing capacity, low liquid content, insignificant amplification effect, and large operating flexibility.
The unique structure and excellent hydrophilic properties can form a very thin liquid film on the ceramic surface. The flow of the liquid film and the inclined and curved channels ensure smooth air flow without hindering the air flow, making the efficiency of this product comparable to that of metal corrugated fillers.
