Description

Agarose is the most popular medium for electrophoresis because of the large size for rapid diffusion and low background. Dongsheng Agarose is a multi-purpose agarose with high purity and Low EEO, which is produced in a green, original process without using organic solvents, reducing pollution to the environment and the impact on operators and samples.

DNA/RNA gel electrophoresis.

Appearance: Fine, homogeneous white powder.

Moisture: ≤ 10%.

Gel strength (1% gel): ≥ 1200 g/cm².

EEO (Electroendosmosis): ≤ 0.13

Sulfide (SO₄^2-): ≤ 0.15%.

Solubleness: colorless clear gel liquid.

Ash: ≤ 0.5%.

Solidification temperature (1.5% gel): 36°C±1.5°C.

Thawing temperature (1.5% gel): 88°C±1.5°C.

DNase/RNase Assay: None detected.

Proteinase Assay: None detected.

Usage Recommendations

1. Add 1 volume of 6× Gel Loading Dye, SDS+ to 5 volumes of DNA sample.

2.Mix well, spin down and load.
