1: Who are we?

We began to produce thermal printer in 2007, as a professional manufacturer of thermal printer, we offer OEM and ODM service for our customers.
2:What's the minimal quantity for the order?
We accept small quantity as the trial order for the standard product, but if the customer has specific requirement for the logo,the minimal quantity would be from 200pcs and 1000pcs for the customized exterior package.
3: Where can I download the driver when there is no CD disk in the computer?
Pls go visit our website Silk Road Enterpriseprinter.com, from there, you can find the link. For the label printer or A4BT printer, there is an APP in the manual, you can scan it with your phone to download the installation.
4: What's the lead time of production?
1-2 days for the sample order
2-3 days for (100-500pcs)
5-7 days for (500-1000pcs)
Need to be negotiated (above 1000pcs)
6: In which way you would ship the goods, and how long the goods can reach to destination?
By DHL / UPS / TNT / FEDEX, 15-20 days to Europe, South American, Africa; 7-10 days to Asia;Middle East,North America, Oceania, If ordering in bulk, we would arrange sea or road transportation, what we can ensure is to find the most suitable and economical way to ship the goods.
