Description:
An insulin pen is used to inject insulin for the treatment of diabetes. Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas that controls the amount of glucose in the bloodstream. The body loses its ability to produce proper insulin in diabetes conditions. To inject insulin, an insulin pen is required.
The pen needle is intended for use with pen injector devices for subcutaneous injection of drug. Pen needles are disposable & designed to be used once.
Needle is made of 304 austenitic stainless steel. The needle is coated with silicone oil.
Inner cap and outer cap are made of PE(Polythylene).
Needle hub is made of PP(Polypropylene).
