Double Girder Overhead Foundry Crane Description
 
There are two types of foundry cranes according to the range of lifting capacity: QDY series bridge type foundry cranes and YZ series ladle bridge type cranes. The rated lifting capacity of QDY series bridge casting cranes is from 5 tons to 74 tons, and the rated lifting capacity of YZ bridge casting cranes is from 74 tons to 320 tons. For extra-large tonnage casting cranes, special four-girder six-track two-car cranes can be used.
 
QDY double-girder bridge-type casting crane is composed of box-type bridge frame, hook, crane operating mechanism and electrical system. The main hook adopts the carrying tool as the hoisting device for hoisting the ladle, and the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to complete auxiliary hoisting such as pouring of molten steel and steel slag.
