Bridge Steel Plant Crane Description

The high-temperature casting ladle crane is composed of a box-type bridge frame, a hook, a crane operating mechanism and an electrical system. The main hook adopts the carrying tool as the hoisting device for hoisting the ladle, and the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to complete auxiliary hoisting such as pouring of molten steel and steel slag. The main mechanisms such as hoisting, trolley operation, and crane operation adopt a variety of transmission systems with a speed ratio of 1:10. We can also choose the appropriate speed according to customers' requirements.

According to two different ranges of lifting capacity, there are two types of casting cranes: QDY series bridge casting cranes and YZ series ladle bridge cranes.

The rated lifting capacity of QDY series bridge casting cranes is from 5 tons to 74 tons, and the rated lifting capacity of YZ bridge casting cranes is from 74 tons to 320 tons. Four main girders, six rails and two trolleys for extra-large tonnage foundry cranes.

2.The temperature of working environment is-10~+60℃;

3.The relative humidity is no more than 50% when the temperature is+40℃;

4.If the requirements are more than above-mentioned,it shall carry out the requirements in the purchase contract as the user asks.
