Metallurgical Industry Casting Crane Description
QDY double-girder bridge-type casting crane is one of the main equipment in the continuous casting process of iron and steel manufacturing. It is mainly used for smelting metal transportation, casting and molten iron charging.
QDY double-girder bridge-type casting crane is composed of box-type bridge frame, hook, crane operating mechanism and electrical system. The main hook adopts the carrying tool as the hoisting device for hoisting the ladle, and the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to complete auxiliary hoisting such as pouring of molten steel and steel slag.
The operating mechanism and main electrical equipment of the QDY double-girder bridge casting crane are installed in the box girder, which is insulated with rock wool and has an air cooler inside. In order to reduce the heat radiation of the molten structural parts, heat insulation boards are installed along the span direction at the bottom of the main girder.
