Metallurgical Casting Bridge Crane Description
QDY double-girder bridge-type casting crane consists of a box-type bridge frame, a hook, a crane operating mechanism and an electrical system. The main hook adopts the carrying tool as the hoisting device for hoisting the ladle, and the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to complete the auxiliary lifting such as pouring of molten steel and steel slag.
The operating mechanism and main electrical equipment of QDY double girder bridge casting crane are installed in the box girder, which is insulated with rock wool and has an air cooler inside. In order to reduce the heat radiation of the molten structural parts, heat insulation boards are arranged at the bottom of the main girder along the span direction.
